Membership Policy
All Access Memberships can be cancelled at anytime by the member. Instead of a refund, members will be able to access their membership for the remaining time in the billing cycle
Shipping/Delivery Policy
All products are delivered via download link sent to your email. Courses are access via signing in to your membership profile.
Lessons
Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive lesson credit. No refunds, in the case of proper cancellation you will receive a lesson credit in which you can re-schedule your lesson for another time.
Masterclasses
For Masterclasses, must cancel before the first class starts to receive credit to reschedule for next masterclass. No refunds, please be sure to contact support if any questions before purchase. We look forward to working with you!
